The buyer accepts all terms and conditions stated.
All prices are in NOK and inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices if there are any changes in VAT, currency. We also disclaim liability for errors in price due to error on the page. Prices are, at the conditions stated herein, subject to change without notice.
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
Goods sold can not be ordered again. Sometimes, however, we may be out of an item that appears to be available in our online store. This can happen, for example, if we have not received the ordered number of items and have not had time to correct, or if we have incorrectly packed a commodity or a commodity has been destroyed.
If we do not have your item in stock, you will receive an e-mail about this with an estimated delivery time. You can then choose to cancel the item or leave it as a backorder.
If you want other (or more) products than those that are on our site, send an email and we can try to order for you (delivery time is required).
Colours may vary from what you see on the screen.
1. CREDIT CARD: This is the fastest way to pay, and it is as safe as using the card in a store. Payments are processed by Paypal, a secure electronic payment solutions for Visa and MasterCard / Eurocard. Paypal has the same guarantees and the same security as in the physical world. There is no storage of card numbers in our online store. Everything is done online with direct authorization of the buyer and seller.
Payment pages are secured with SSL and all card details are encrypted. Please note that you must enter CVV2 code on the back of your credit card. This is a 3 - digit code found in the signature field, and ensuring that the user has a valid card. For security reasons, we do not store your credit card details.
2. BANK TRANSFER: If you choose this payment option, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via e-mail with details of the total to pay, order number and our account number shortly after you have placed your order. Payment must be made within 5 days after you receive order confirmation and we process your order on receipt of payment (as soon as it is registered with us, this can take up to 2 days), and if we have goods in stock.
Our account number is 3705.18.19250.
We are unable to reserve your order and goods will only be held for 5 days after receipt of your order confirmation. If you do not make payment within 5 days, your order is automatically cancelled. Some products cannot be reserved due to their popularity. We will let you know if this affects you.
If your order incurs additional charges to us eg. if goods have been specifically ordered for you, we will charge you an administration fee of Kr100.
3. PICK UP & PAY: If you live in the Drammen area or would like to pick up your order, you can collect the item (s) from us and pay cash. We will send an e-mail when the goods are ready and agree a time for pick up. Select "Pay & pick up from Peekaboo." during the checkout procedure. You will therefore not need to pay shipping costs.
4. POSTOPPKRAV: You may also choose to pay when you pick up from your local post office. You pay the normal delivery charge for your order plus an extra Kr 99 for the post oppkrav service (a maximum of Kr 289). Select "Pay & pick up from Peekaboo Drammen." during the checkout procedure and please add a comment in the comment field to say that you want to use the postoppkrav service and will pay at your post office.
We will send you an invoice/receipt with the total cost of your order which will be the same as the amount you will pay at the post office. NB. The postoppkrav service is NOT available on large furniture, some Moses baskets and toys. Please read the product information to confirm which products can be purchased with this service.
5. GIFT CARD: At the checkout page, simply enter the code details in the gift card field to make payment. You can use the card as part payment for goods or use more than one gift card for the same order. If a purchase value is more than the amount on the gift card, the balance can be paid using any of the other payment methods. You can also use the gift card several times if you have not used the balance in one order. You will be able to see the balance of the gift card when you type in your gift card code.
The gift card is valid for 12 months so you will have plenty of time to browse the site and choose something you like.

PayPal is the safe and fast to pay on the internet - your financial details are never shared. For more information, go to www.paypal.com
CAN I USE A CREDIT CARD WITH PAYPAL? Yes. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express using PayPal.
I AM BEING ASKED FOR MY ACCOUNT DETAILS. DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT WITH PAYPAL? No, you don't. Simply choose 'I don't have an account'.
HOW SAFE IS PAYPAL? Very safe! When paying with PayPal, you do not show your credit card details to us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
When purchasing goods over the Internet, the customer has the right to return any items within 14 days. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage must be paid by the buyer.
Cancellations and returns must be mailed or delivered by the customer before the end of the 14 day returns policy.
Please email us with the reason for return and we will send you a returns form and/or the returns procedure.
If you wish to return goods to us it is important that you complete this procdure and ensure proper packaging when returning goods.
The customer will bear all return postage costs, as stated in the Act on disclosure and withdrawal, etc. of distance selling and sales off business premises (Cancellation Act). After the 14 days policy, the customer loses his or her right to return goods if the goods are used or otherwise degraded and no longer in saleable condition.
DON'T LIKE THE COLOUR OR STYLE? NO PROBLEM - SWAP IT!
You are welcome to exchange an item for something else should you change your mind upon receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage must be paid by the buyer. As with returns, exchanges must be made within 14 days with an email sent first to email@example.com
INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR MISSING DELIVERIES
If you are missing an item or have received the wrong item in your shipment, please contact us by email as soon as possible. Check the attached information if it is merchandise that is backordered before contacting us. Send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and with the invoice and/or order number and the item that is missing or incorrectly delivered. If we have made a mistake, we will rectify this at no extra cost to you.
If you find that a package is damaged already at the pick-up at the post office, you must report this immediately at the site. Should you find shipping damage when you get home and open the package - take your entire shipment including packaging back to the post office and fill out an injury form. The postal staff will help you complete this.
If you have received an item that is damaged, please contact us via email as soon as possible at email@example.com. It is important that you do not discard of the packaging the goods came in as we may need it in connection with our insurance procedure.
When you go to checkout, you will see the delivery options and charges for each order.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER TO?
At the current time, we are able to ship to Norway (including Svalbard), Sweden, Denmark and the rest of Europe. All delivery prices on our site are for delivery to Norway only (not including Svalbard). If you want an order delivered to Svalbard or anywhere else in Europe (including Sweden and Denmark), please email us and we can give you a quote. Customers are responsible for finding out and paying any sales tax and fees in their own country.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES PER ORDER WITHIN NORWAY? (INCL. FINNMARK & NORDLAND. EX. SVALBARD):
When you go to the checkout, you will see the delivery options and charges available for your order, but here is a summary:
Under 2kg - Kr 39 (sent via A-Post, not trackable service)
Over 2kg, orders are sent via Norgespakke/Bring Servicepakke trackable service for stock items, and via a freight company for custom made, Leipold, Disney, large furniture, mattresses and Kidraft orders (more information below):
2,1-6kg - Kr 79
6,1-15kg - Kr 79
16kg + (where order value is under Kr 1000) - Kr 200
Orders over Kr 1000 - FREE delivery regardless of weight (except Svalbard. Applies only to domestic delivery addresses)
Postoppkrav - Above charges + Kr 89 post office admin fee (maximum Kr 289)
Gift cards - FREE (sent via e-mail)
These charges are per order, no matter how many items you order.
Volumetric weight: Some large items may have higher freight costs, even if they do not weigh that much in kilos. This is because the transportation industry converts volume to weight, and estimated shipping weight will be the volume weight even though the actual weight is less. You can read more on bring.no.
HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
(i). STOCK ITEMS
Stock items (Mamas & Papas products, clothes, stock Moses baskets & stands, hanging rails, blankets & bedding, stock toys & decor) are dispatched within 3-5 working days, so long as they are in stock at the time of ordering, and sent by either Bring Servicepakke, Norgespakke, Postoppkrav/cash on delivery or A-Post, depending on the delivery method chosen or offered (more information below). Once dispatched (3-5 working days), approximate delivery times within Norway are:
Vestlandet – 1-3 working days
Sørlandet - 1-3 working days
Østlandet – 1-3 working days
Midt Norge – 1-3 working days
Nord Norge – 4-5 working days
All orders of stock products should therefore be received in Norway within 4-12 working days so long as the goods are in stock at the time of order and depending on the delivery address (see approximate regional delivery times above).
You will receive an e-mail with tracking details when your order is shipped so you can keep track of where the package is located.
(ii). CUSTOM MADE ORDERS, LEIPOLD, DISNEY, LARGER FURNITURE, MATTRESSES, KIDKRAFT TOYS
For custom made items, for example, Leipold Moses baskets and larger furniture, delivery can take up to 3-4 weeks and will be made via a freight company such as Schenker Logistics, Tollpost, TNT or UPS. In some circumstances, items will be dispatched directly from the supplier (this helps speed up the delivery process for you) - delivery times for such items can take up to 10 days, although items are usually delivered earlier.
In all these circumstances, you will receive the tracking information and any further instructions once goods have been dispatched. NB! It is important that the email address you provide is accurate, so you can receive this mail and any other e-mails if we need to contact you.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
(i). FOR SMALL ITEMS UNDER 2KG:
A-post non trackable service
(ii). FOR STOCK ITEMS OVER 2KG:
Pay & pick up from Peekaboo after agreeing a suitable time - FREE. You will receive an email once you have confirmed your order to arrange a suitable pick up time.
Bring Servicepakke/Norgespakke trackable service - pick up from your local post office at your convenience within 12 days of the goods arriving. You are also able to arrange for home delivery at your own cost - and at a competitive rate. You will be sent an email with the tracking details once the goods have been dispatched.
Postoppkrav/Cash on delivery - Pick up & pay at your local post office. For this option, choose 'Pay & pick up from Peekaboo' at checkout and write in the commentary field that you wish to have the postoppkrav service. Extra charge applies (see above in 'What are the shipping charges?'). You will be sent an email and/or sms with the tracking details once the goods have been dispatched.
(iii). FOR CUSTOM MADE ORDERS:
For custom made orders such as Leipold products, delivery is made by Schenker, straight to your door. You will receive the tracking information from us by email. Schenker should contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
(iv). FOR DISNEY FURNITURE, LARGE FURNITURE, MATTRESSES:
Large, Disney furniture and Dry mattresses are sent directly by the supplier via Tollpost or Posten. Orders will be delivered to the nearest Tollpost depot or post office where you can collect at your own convenience. You will also receive an SMS message or email when the order is ready for collection.
(v). FOR KIDKRAFT FURNITURE AND TOYS:
Kidkraft products not held in stock are sent via UPS or their partners (Bring or Posten). Deliveries are made between 1000-1700 (and sometimes up to 1900).
For remote areas and some other areas (usually postcodes from 3999 and above), delivery is made directly to your local post office where they will remain for 10 days for collection at your own convenience. The information will be available on the tracking information sent by email. (NB. Uncollected products will be charged at the Kr 600 as per our terms and conditions.)
For areas north of Trondheim and north of West Bergen, the post office attempts to make two delivery attempts, after which the goods will remain at the post office for 10 days for collection at your own convenience. The information will be available on the tracking information and you should also receive a message about this.
For delivery addresses in areas such as Stavanger and Bergen, goods will be delivered by Bring. Three delivery attempts will be made, after which goods will remain at the Bring storage facility for 10 days and you can arrange a home delivery at your own convenience. The information will be available on the tracking information and you should also receive a message about this.
For all other areas, eg. Oslo and Vestlandet, UPS attempts to deliver three times, after which goods will remain at their storage facility for 10 days where you can re arrange home delivery at your own convenience. The information will be available on the tracking information and you should also receive a message about this.
If you require delivery on a date other than the one scheduled, please contact UPS directly AFTER the first delivery attempt has been made. Please note, UPS can only change the delivery date AFTER a first attempt and not before. Changes can only be made directly with the UPS office and not the driver. Tlf. 800-33-470

All unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of Kr 350, (Kr 450 for goods over Kr 600. Uncollected Moses baskets and furniture will be charged at Kr 600).
